WHO in THE hell WOULD PRACTICE HOT YOGA????


LET ME START BY SAYING…
I KNOW YOU DON’T LIKE TO BE HOT.
I KNOW YOU’RE NOT FLEXIBLE.


heres the truth of it…
My classes safely encourage yogis to overcome
self proclaimed, physical and mental boundaries + limitations.

The heat not only encourages the body to let go
of restriction and flush itself of built up toxins,
it also provides an incredible cardiovascular workout.


You will learn breathing techniques (pranayama),
proper alignment of the body in asana (poses)
and how that translates to YOU as an individual.

In time, you will naturally start to maintain
a higher level of control within the mind and body;
not only on the mat but also in your day to day life.

Hot yoga, when taught with care and precision,
provides a safe space to learn from and experience
discomfort within the mind and body,
while simultaneously observing
the connection between the two, mind and body.

I don’t teach Instagram yoga; no contortionist here!!
We work extremely hard in every class to increase joint stability,
range of motion, and (eventually) flexibility.
Every time I step into my studio I’ll work my ass off
to empower each individual, physically and mentally.

100% support from myself and the other yogis in class.

No experience necessary!!
This practice is for every-BODY,
beginner to advanced.

Breathe…

Press play, close your eyes, inhale and feel your ribcage expand, lift, widen. Restrict your breath at the top of the inhale, slowly release keeping a slight constriction in your throat. Make your breath audible! Listen to your exhale. Push all of the air out of your lungs…every last ounce and then…
Copy and repeat 10 times.
