Class Description

Warm vinyasa

75-85° (All Levels)

This vinyasa (or flow) style class has an
emphasis on alignment + guided by a
slow + steady breath.
This class is thoughtfully sequenced +
rooted in the foundation of Ashtanga yoga.


During this class you will practice:
sun salutations,
standing + seated postures,
back bending
and inversions (head below your heart).

This practice will provide a healthy body + mental clarity.
You will build strength, flexibility and endurance
with your willingness to apply honest effort
within this supportive community.
